The bird I chose to research was the Kakapo. I picked it because I liked the colour of it. They can walk several kms in one night. They are a type of parrot. They have to watch out for rats, cats and stoats. We need to look after them.

All about camp
CAMP 2017
I slept in a tent at Point England School with Sione, Kamotoi and George. We shared lollies and funny stories together at night.
My team was the Principals. One of our activities was a battle with the Presidents team. Our team won by playing an amazing game.
We went to the Mangere Pools. We did heaps of bombs off the diving board.
